OUR STORY.

It all started in 2016, when Thomas, Remy and Sopheap crossed paths working for a global health technology provider.  As Global Commodity Leads we were part of the IT procurement cluster with over € 1B annual IT spend. With the existing gap in the market for world class IT sourcing skills, capacity and bespoke expert knowledge, Strivesource came to life.

The name Strivesource comes from our aim to deliver best in class results combined with our passion for procurement and IT.

It is our shared values and entrepreneurial mindset that brought us together. We work hard, we build relationships and we have a “one team” attitude. In the end, our way of doing things is what sets us apart as we believe there is always a way to strive for success.

Sopheap Buor is an experienced professional with an International profile and over 15 years of work experience in Global sourcing, Vendor management, Contract management, Supply chain and Project management. He has lived and worked in France, Thailand, UK and the Netherlands. A high performer and result oriented, he has a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Prior to founding Strivesource, Sopheap has held senior global positions at Philips, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Burberry, Marks & Spencer and APL.
THOMAS BUSKING
THOMAS BUSKINGCo-Founder & Managing Consultant
Thomas Busking is an experienced Global sourcing and procurement professional with more than 10 years of work experience in the Development and Implementation of procurement strategies, Innovative sourcing and Transformation projects.​ He is a strong team player and possesses specific expertise in Cloud, Cybersecurity, M&A, Digital and Software Asset Management.​ Prior to founding Strivesource, Thomas has held senior global positions at Philips, Liberty Global, Rabobank Group and Essent/RWE.
REMY LEERS
REMY LEERSCo-Founder & Managing Consultant
Remy Leers is an experienced professional with more than 10 years of work experience in Global IT procurement. ​ ​He is an enthusiastic problem solver who thinks out of the box and  delivers innovative solutions to your procurement challenges. Autonomous and highly adaptable, Remy’s focus is always on the end-result. He is used to work under pressure and  to operate in large multinational companies such as Philips, T-Mobile, ING and T-Systems. ​
